The emergency response button has a lifespan of about 5 years. During this period, the button will send a message to our servers every 18 hours to indicate that it is still online and operational.
If the battery is almost empty, you will receive a notification from us. At that point you have the option to free receive a new battery or button by post. This service is included in our services.
Our simple emergency response call button requires no explanation. The emergency response team will receive the notification by telephone or via our app. They see exactly where the message comes from.
