The Emergency Response Button can be mounted in two different ways. You can screw it to the wall or stick it on with handy adhesive strips.
Fasten with screws (Recommended)
Mounting with screws is more secure than using adhesive strips. We recommend this option if you have an uneven wall.
What do you need?
- A tape measure
- A spirit level
- A drill bit suitable for your wall (for installing a 5x25 wall plug)
- A metal drill for drilling the screw holes
- A pencil or awl
- A Phillips screwdriver (PZ2)
- A vacuum cleaner
Hang up button
- The screw holes in the emergency response button are pre-drilled. Drill the holes from the back of the sign.
- You've received the screw template. Use this template to mark the correct locations for the knob holes using a tape measure and a spirit level (with a pencil or awl).
- Drill holes 35mm deep to the size of the supplied plugs and screws.
- Insert the plugs.
- Place the Emergency Response Button.
Adhesive strips
Four adhesive strips are included for each emergency response button. If you can't screw in, use these adhesive strips instead.
Make sure you attach the adhesive strips to a smooth surface. If the wall is uneven, we recommend securing the knob with screws.
