Our Emergency Response Buttons communicate wirelessly using a reliable technology called LoRaWAN. Thanks to our own base station, emergency alerts can be forwarded directly and without delay to the emergency response team.
What is LoRaWAN?
LoRaWAN is an energy-efficient wireless technology specifically designed for devices that transmit small amounts of data. In Europe, LoRaWAN uses the free 868 MHz frequency band.
LoRaWAN doesn't cause disruptions or interference with WiFi networks. The technology operates on a different frequency and uses a completely different connection type. This ensures that both your WiFi and the Emergency Response Buttons remain stable and reliable.
