There is an offline button, what should I do?
Sorry to hear that a button is offline. This could have several reasons.
Just ordered?
Your buttons will be online as soon as they arrive to you. Once you have installed the Base Station, every button should be online.
My Base Station is also offline
When the Base Station is offline, all buttons will slowly be marked as offline. There is probably nothing wrong with the buttons, but the Base Station is not working properly.
Check in step 6 of the Installing the base station manual whether everything is working properly.
There is a single button offline
If a button is offline, we recommend testing it. If the light is on and you hear a beep when you press it, the battery isn't dead. If you don't hear anything, the battery needs to be replaced.
The battery is not empty
Make sure the button is close to your Base Station. Are there more buttons nearby (sometimes) offline? Then you are in an area with poor reception. Please contact us for advice if necessary.
The battery is empty
Before a battery runs out, we'll send you an email alert. Once you receive this email, you'll also be asked to confirm your shipping address for a replacement battery.
