Manual: Getting started with BHV-Knop.nl
Thank you very much for choosing BHV-Knop.nl! This short manual shows you what steps need to be taken to make the system operational.
Step 1: Login & Sketching
You have received an email from us asking you to create a password. This allows you to log in to the management environment.
Go to the management environment
We recommend dragging your buttons to the right place via the 'Buttons' page. This gives you an idea of the distribution of the buds in your building.

Step 2: Install the Base Station
Follow the instructions to install the Base Station. You will find this in the box or on the next page:
Step 3: Install your emergency response buttons
You can test immediately while installing your emergency response buttons and panorama boards.
Manual: Hang up the emergency response button
TIP: Go to the Dashboard and enter your telephone number. When you press the button you will be called or receive a notification in the app.
Step 4: Roll out
To make the integration of BHV-Knop.nl into your organization a success, it is important that emergency response staff are trained to work with the new system.
In the box you will find the information sheet for emergency response personnel.
