Manual: Getting started with BHV-Knop.nl
Thank you for choosing BHV-Knop.nl! This short manual explains the steps needed to get the system up and running.
Step 1: Login & Sketching
You've received an email from us asking you to create a password. You can use this to log in to the management environment.
Go to the management environment
We recommend dragging the buttons into place via the "Buttons" page. This will give you an idea of how the buttons are distributed throughout your building.
Lost your login details? Request a new password here.
Step 2: Install the Base Station
Follow the instructions for installing the base station. You can find these in the box or on the following page:
Step 3: Install your emergency response buttons
You can test your emergency response buttons and panorama signs immediately when installing them.
Manual: Hang up the emergency response button
TIP: Go to the Dashboard and enter your phone number. When you press the button, you'll receive a call or a notification in the app.
Step 4: Roll out
To ensure the successful integration of BHV-Knop.nl into your organization, it's important that first responders are trained to work with the new system.
