The app does not continuously track your location. The app is only activated automatically when you come near an emergency response location. This is done by means of 'Geofencing'.

Geofencing is controlled entirely by your phone, and the BHV Button app does not track your location outside the BHV locations. Your privacy is therefore guaranteed. If you're concerned about privacy, you can always switch to phone calls by uninstalling the app - no problem!
