You have complete control over who receives the emergency response calls. In the dashboard you can specifically indicate which users should receive the calls. Navigate to the “Users” section and select the “Receive Alarms” option.

Additionally, each user has the flexibility to determine how they want to receive the notifications: by phone or through our app. This allows everyone to respond to emergency response calls in the most appropriate way.
