How does the emergency response button work?
1. Detection of present emergency response personnel
All BHV'ers who use our intelligent app are automatically detected. They receive a notification on their phone.
Users without an app can use our handy Kiosk to directly indicate whether they are entering or leaving the building.

There are two ways to receive an emergency response call:
- Via the BHV app
- Through a telephone conversation
A loud acoustic signal will sound via the app and a notification will appear on the screen. A voice message will be played via a phone call.

The following step-by-step plan applies both via the app and by telephone:
- Accept or decline the call
- Participate in the emergency response group discussion
- Follow internal procedures
Because it is possible to communicate with each other, action can be taken quickly and efficiently.
