Challenge

In an extensive factory hall it can be challenging to immediately summon the emergency response team to the correct location. The following issues need to be considered:

• How do the emergency response officers called know? where they should go and what they should do?
• How can someone quickly place an emergency response call? without annoying telephone calls procedures?
• How does BHV-Knop.nl know which emergency response personnel are present?

Kiosk: Quickly register and deregister as an emergency response officer

The Emergency Response Kiosk is strategically placed at the entrances and exits of the site. BHV can register and deregister via these Kiosks.

Automatically log in and out with the app (Optional)

Emergency response officers who use the app are automatically logged in and out.

Receive alarms

At Draka, all information about an emergency response call is shared directly with the emergency response team by telephone. This can be done in two ways:

• Telephone call: The emergency response officer is called and listens to a recording explaining the emergency response call.
• Call via our App: The emergency response officer hears a loud acoustic signal from his telephone. The app immediately shows all relevant information about the emergency response call.
