Delivery and Returns
Orders placed at BHV-Knop.nl on workdays before 15:00 are usually shipped within 1 workday via PostNL. The standard delivery time is 1 workday, but may vary depending on the current delivery information from PostNL. For the most recent delivery times, please refer to the PostNL website.
Consumers are entitled to a 14-day reflection period after receiving the order, as stipulated in the Distance Selling Act. Within this period, the order can be returned without giving a reason.
